Policy to refresh an environment in OCI

Summary:

We want to grant a certain user group to be able to refresh an environment in OCI. Currently we've set up the user and the group, but are looking for which policy gives the most restricted access to refresh an environment.


I've searched the documentation, but nothing is mentioned there on how to refresh an environment policy or on which policies that are available:
