Summary:

As per the statutory requirement we need to keep the following documents / data for statutory auditor’s verification:

- Audit log feature is on and same can be verified or traced by audit team.

- Daily backup storage is mandatory as per the Companies Act. In case the backup is getting override we need to have the documentation or screen shots of the daily back up completion activity

Further Audit team will verify the migration activity in fusion. Hence the data files extracted from EBS and data files uploaded in Fusion to be stored.

Is there a formal document to share w.r.t this.
