Hide phone and email from Search and Search View in Receive Items Page

Summary:

We are facing sensitive data issue. In HR module, Oracle is configured to just show work phone and email irrespective of whether they are primary or not. In SCM, there is Receipts page under Procurement which has Requester Search dropdown where when you click on search, you can search by Phone and Email and after searching also, they can see the Phone and email in search results. This search options show primary phone and email. It is data sensitivity issue to show employees personal phone and email details on this page.

To avoid this as a workaround, we were planning to do page customization using Page composer to hide these highlighted things in below screenshot. Does anyone know if this is possible to achieve?
