support on getIPAllowlist EPM automate command

I am trying to get the list of IP's which we have allowed, for this i am using getIPAllowlist, but when i executed i am getting the output as "No Results Found"

It would be great if i get help on below questions.

1) As it showed No Results Found which means there is no IP list?

2) If i want to allow/block IP's how can i do that as there is no IP showing?

3) Is there anyway i can get the IP List which is allowed using EPMautomate?
