Customer-specific skills inventory

edited Feb 20, 2024 11:29AM in Dynamic Skills 5 comments

Summary:

Hi Team,

Please let us know, if we enable dynamic skills in a new POD where there is already competencies, Job profiles (job titles, descriptions and other data) available.

When the AI Dynamic Skill is enabled, as per the documentation (below) it says it would dynamically configure a customer specific skill inventory. Will the HR/IT have access or control or restrict what skills gets auto created. And basis what it is creating? If there is no skill before, does it mean it creates the application competencies content items as Skills? And job titles as Skills? Ned information on how and what basis the autocreation of skills happening using the customer specific data.

Howdy, Stranger!
