Auto update Journal approval rules (date section)

Hi Everyone,

Currently we are updating the journal approval rules manually is there any way where we can auto update the rules at the end of each month.

Client requirement is, Journal approval rule (time and Date section) should be auto updated at the end of each month.

For instance: for the month of Jan-2024 Date should be auto updated as 3rd jan to 6th Jan 2023 and period should be Dec-2023

for the month of Feb-2024 date should be auto updated as 3rd Feb to 6th Feb 2024 and period should be Jan-2024 so on

I am attaching screenshot highlighted in yellow color for your easy reference.
