Financial Reporting - Showing children from selected Entity in POV

Dear Community,

our client needs a financial report where he selects an Entity in the POV of the report and then sees the number for all respective children of the selected element.

For Example he would select in the POV the Entity A. Then he expects that he sees in each row the respective Children, like A1, A2, A3 ... And when he would select the Entity B, he wants to see the data for B1, B2, B3 ...

In dataforms we solve this via the uservariable. We just put the Uservariable and the user still can choose the Entity in the POV. Now we are searching for a way to implement the similar logic into the financial reports.
