Depreciation entry error on Create Accounting

After depreciation was run for the month, the location but not cost or expense accounts was changed on an asset. Depreciation was not rerun and the month was closed. The Create Accounting report now shows an error on the depreciation entry for the asset stating the period isn't open or future enterable. A correcting entry was made in the next month but how can we get this off the Create Accounting report?
