For the initial balance upload, it is required to be able to load the cost of an item even if it has a zero inventory balance.

Is there a way to load the historical average cost of an item that has no inventory balance?

This is to avoid the value being 0 when an entry is made through Create Miscellaneous Transaction if the user decides to leave the "Use Current Item Cost" option set to "YES".
