How to View Healthcare Extensible Flexfields in the item master?

Summary:

Hi I followed the steps listed here but I do not see the EFF fields in the item master under the heading I defined as "Healthcare Info". I will say that the note mentions these privileges however they do not show up in the security console to be able to assign to a role.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:

• View Healthcare Extensible Flexfields (ORA_HC_EFF_VIEW_PRIV)
• Manage Healthcare Extensible Flexfields (ORA_HC_EFF_EDIT_PRIV)
