Migrate on hand as consigned using FBDI

Summary:

I would like to get a clarification.

Reading this MOS note from 2019 I understand it is not possible to migrate on hand stock as consigned using FBDI for inventory transactions.

However I see in FBDI columns like "OWNING_TP_TYPE" and "OWNING_ORGANIZATION_NAME" so I want to be 100% sure this is still valid.
