PBCS web forms to default to Last used POV

Hi Everyone,

We are facing one issue that webforms not able to retain last used POV in particular scenario.

I have level 0 entities in POV for most of my planning forms and one central assumption form where assumptions are set at parent level. When I switch between planning forms I can have form defaults to last used POV, but when I open central assumptions and then open any planning forms, it defaults to first available entity in the POV limits(I've lost last used POV as default selection). And same case when you open planning form and central assumptions, last used parent entity is also lost.
