Is there a way to convert an attribute from a Single Select Menu to a Dynamic Menu?

Summary: We have several attributes set as single select menus that should really be dynamic menus. Is there a way to convert the attribute to a dynamic menu without needing to create the attribute?

The attributes have the _t suffix and we have integrations that are looking for the attribute by name. We want to avoid recreating the attribute as it would adopt the new _c suffix and impact our integration.
