Since GTM doesn't support item qualification inbound integration at the moment, we are using workarounds to import component qualification statuses. But cases are duplicates happen, meaning sometimes one component may have two identical qualification records, one is "not started" and the other is qualified. In that case, we wished the "qualified" status can be picked up. However it seemed that the "not started" status is always picked up during finished good qualification. Any chance to confirm on this system behavior? Thanks in advance!
