Restrict a particular contract type based on Business Unit selected

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need contract types visible based on the BU selected in the Create Contract pop-up. Once the user selects the BU, specific contract types applicable for that BU should be visible.

We have created different contract types and had initially assigned them to 'Common Set'. When assigned to common set, all the contract types were visible irrespective of the BU selected. However, the contract types are BU specific and we need only the contract types specific to the particular BU selected to be visible in the Contract type field.
