How can add the new line while the old line remains with the same price details?

Summary:

Can we add the new line for the sale order when the sale order is coping with another one and we use the freeze price parameters? 

I create the new sale order by coping with another one. I need the same line item and price for my new sale order, and I also need to add the new line for my new sale order. But I added the new line, and the price column is frozen. How can I add the new line while the old line remains with the same price details?
