The process - 'Calculate Accruals and Balances' is scheduled from 12th June 2023 and running daily. But we identified 'Balance calculation date' is still showing 31-12-2023 instead of 31-12-2024 for employees when HR checks in the Absence records. The impact is the HR Rep cannot view the current annual leave balance details of employees. This can be manually adjusted for every employee by Running accrual for Annual Leave Plan. any idea why 'Balance calculation date' is not updated with 31-12-2024 and not able to view current annual leave balance details of employees.
