How to use multiple addresses for a single organization while trying to release a PR from Planning

Summary: User need to use different ship to locations for the PR that are being released from same Inventory Org.

Example- Org A and inventory loation A, the requirement is whenever there is PO/TO is raised from Planning WB the user wants to default the location to B for certain items and location A for certain items.


System behavior is whenever o PO/TO is raised for Org A the default location is always location A.


Expected Behavior- whenever o PO/TO is raised for Org A the location should be user defined i.e either A or B.
