New member isn't recognized in Application.

A few times in the last month when we have been importing a meta-data file with a new member isn't fully recognized by the application. The import and DB Refresh will complete with no error and data management loads will complete with out error when importing this data. The member will be available in member selection and in the hierarchies. However when trying to do an ad hoc in SmartView, the intersections associated with the new member are all white cells as if it doesn't recognize the member. We are able to resolve this my
