Hi All,

I would like to check on some of the questions from Auditor.

a) Frequency of SaaS provider's KPI or performance reporting

b) List of SaaS provider's service level reports to-date.

c) Frequency and evidence of SaaS provider's performance review (e.g. reports, meeting minutes, emails etc.)

d) Does Oracle CX have the capability for service health self monitoring? (e.g. live dashboard).  Appreciate if you can provide screenshot.

Kindly assist if you know any documentation from the questions above.
