Sequence of Elimination and Translation for Disposal Movement Member - Historical Account

Summary:

How is the sequence of elimination process and translation process for disposal movement member?

I created configuration rule that get the source from fccs_parent total, but the elimination amount is not same as the source (the difference is coming from Movement Dimension Member "FCCS_Mvmts_Disposals" for Historical Account).

And i notice that the amount of elimination is coming from (entity currency amount * prior period avg rate) which is 1,797,414 * 11,698.6333 = 21,027,287, 298.02. But if the sequence is translation process running first and the elimination run after that, the elimination should be same as amount from FCCS_Parent Total (as i configured in the Configuration Rules).
