Supplier Negotiation PDF Report - ATTRIBUTETIMESTAMP1 -not giving date in CST TZ after conversion

Summary:

Our requirement is to show DFF Date field in CST Time zone but unable to do so. We understand that we can't modify query to get required date fields in CST Time zone as the report does not have data model attached to it.

But we do have the option to modify report layout to some extent. So, we would like to understand is there a way to achieve the mentioned requirement in RTF template itself?

We have tried several syntaxes to the existing DFF date field tag to convert it to show CST Time zone, but nothing seems to work. We are able to format Date field but time zone is still showing as UTC time zone.
