Questionnaire translation - Available Languages

Hi all,

We are trying to translate our questionnaires and questions in Oracle, but the languages available when clicking on the 'Translation Editor' button are the ones installed and active in the application (can be selected in the General Preferences menu) as per the instructions on this link:

Since we have courses in more languages than that, it's important that the questionnaires are also in the same language.

Is it possible to translate questionnaires and questions to languages that are not on the list the user can select to have the system displaying as?
