Can not attach business rule in Data Integration

Hello all,

We tried to attach a rule in Data Integration following these steps below:

Step 1, Open Navigator >> Data Exchange >> In the tab Data Integration, we choose the integration that we want to add a rule.

Step 2, Open Options of the integration >> select Business Rules tab. After select Business Rules tab, we received the error "Fetching job definitions from planning failed" immediately. (picture attached)

Step 3, We closed the Error pop up, and under the tab Independent, we select Create

Step 4, We choose the Event : Before Extract, Type : Rules. But we could not choose any rule.
