Agents migrated using migration project is not working, pleasehelp?

I have moved two agents via a migration project and the agent was not working. I checked the logs, it was still following the old logic before the new change although only one active agent was there with the new logic. I have copied the same agent manually, deleted the other, and activated it, which seems to be working as expected.

Is there something I have to follow for moving agents via the migration project?

I have refreshed the cache and scalability cache after migrating.
