When we configured item qualification trade agreements and formulas, we just overwrote the out-of-box settings by directly changing the trade agreement USMCA and formula expressions on VALUE OF ORIGINATING MATERIAL and VALUE OF NON-ORIGINATING MATERIAL. The thought behind was "NOT to have two sets of USMCAs with one in public domain and the other is our own domain". However it just came to our attention that formula expressions on VALUE OF ORIGINATING MATERIAL and VALUE OF NON-ORIGINATING MATERIA were overwritten by 24A upgrade.
