ESS job for Schedule Audit and Schedule Flattening in Manage Organization Trees

Summary: Ideally we do the Flattening and Audit of the Project Organization hierarchy tree from the Manage Organization Tree configuration. From there we could do the scheduling of these jobs as well. However, if we cant find the same job from the Schedule Process work area. Why is it so?
