Auto Submit and Auto Approve Rules not working as expected for unexplained difference (entered)

Summary:

Auto Submit and Auto Approve Rules have been created to close reconciliations if unexplained difference(entered) is zero and entered currency has been chosen as "all" which would mean, the reconciliations should be auto submitted and auto approved only if unexplained difference(entered) is zero for all the entered currencies but currently the reconciliations are getting auto submitted and approved even if one of the entered currencies has an unexplained difference of zero and my understanding is this is not how the rule is supposed to function and should close only if all currencies have a difference of zero.
