Duplicate inventory transactions created from pending transactions

Summary:

User has reprocessed the pending transactions, After reprocessed, duplicate records created in review completed transactions. For some records, record already processed, but still same record existed in pending transactions.

Duplicate records -> Can we create Account alias receipt?

What is the root cause for this? Did anyone get this issue, what corrective actions performed?
