How to remove "Using a Schedule" from advanced ESS options

We have a requirement to disallow Business Users from Scheduling any ESS Job and only allow them to submit jobs ad-hoc

Here is the expected Navigation and behavior:

Tools -> Scheduled Processes -> Sch -> Scedule New Request

Select Job Name (e.g. Import Payables Invoices) -> Click OK

Click "Advanced" -> Go To "Schedule" Tab -> "Using a Schedule" button should be disabled
