Can the "to" email alias display name and email body be changed when actioning email notifications?

"FROM" email display name can me updated in BPM workflow, however client has asked whether the "TO" display name can also be changed. This is regarding actionable email workflow notifications where the user can accept/reject/request more information. Client is also requesting confirmation whether the body of the email could be updated to reduce any phishing possibility.
