Redwood Help Desk - Departmental Structure
Hi all,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to report on the department of the individuals available (Affected Party, Contact, Agent, etc) within the Redwood Help Desk Subject Areas?
There doesn't appear to be a Department folder to use, which in other subject areas contains our Region, Division, District etc as DFF's.
I've tried a standard join of two subject areas but the department fields just return blank.
I've also tried merging both subject areas via BIP with SQL, linking on the person ID between them, but when asking for vast amounts of data, the report just times out.
