How to change ceiling limit when employee eligibility got changed from one ceiling limit to another
Summary:
Hello Experts,
I am having an issue with ceiling for an absence plan and below is the error popup.
Issue details:
Empaloyee A is eligible for PlanA with no ceiling limit. - PlanA start date - July/01/2023.
Now Employees assignment details were changed and ceiling limit restricted to 48 hrs. - PlanA Start date - July/01/23 but eligibility changed on March/01/24.
PlanA balance is 75 hrs as on Feb/29/2024.
Now when we are running calculate accrula balances process we are getting the above error.
Could someone help us in fixing the above issue?
