Prevent Preparer and Initiator from Approving Journal

Initiator (person providing documentation for JE creation) and Preparer (person uploading journal to the system) should not be approving same Journal JE batch.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have need to capture initiator name while uploading the journal batch. And then BPM workflow should skip this initiator and preparer(creator) for JE from approving the batch they are responsible for. How can we achieve this?
