How to pick Reserve Units and Active Units into Same OBLPN

Summary:

Client has inventory in Rack Locations which are having 3 Levels. Level 2 and Level 3 locations are of type Reserve, Level1 (Floor) locations are of type Active as they store open boxes and loose cases. Below is the requirement

  1. Pick Full LPNS (Items Full LPN Qty) from Level 2 and Level 3 if the Ordered qty is greater than or equal to the FULL LPN Qty
  2. Pick Reserve Units for Level2 and Level3 (Break the LPN)
  3. Pick Active Units from Level1 (Clean the Floor Locations)

If the Inventory is allocated from 2 and 3 for the same order, then users needs to first pick Reserve Units and then Active units into Same LPN, they cannot pick into multiple LPNs for the same order as it is inefficient and will be expensive to courier to the customers.

Howdy, Stranger!
