Has anyone ever gotten EDM Error: bc4b6199

I have set up EDM Subscriptions so that the default owner is a system profile called EPM Admin. It is not a real user but allows for the real user admins and owners of the structures to have more capability in correcting and approving, etc. since they would not be shown as the submitters. It has worked out well for the numerous subscriptions except for a specific group of alternate structures. The error has occurred on more than one occasion. One, the subscriptions will not auto submit even though they are set to do
