How to Enable 24A Feature - APPROVALS WORK AREA WITH ENHANCED USER INTERFACE AND ADAPTIVE SEARCH

As per 24A New features document below is the step mentioned "In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Applications Core Administrator Profile Values task in the Application Extensions functional area. Set the Approval Requests UI Enabled (ORA_FND_APPROVALS) profile value depending on whether you want the Approvals work area to be available to all users or only some users."
It is not possible to add each individual person to the profile values if we want to enable this feature for everyone. So we want to enable this feature to all the users, how can we do it in simple way instead af adding each individual manually.
