Subject : Allowing a tolerance level that will not decertifying the recons

For example: This is a screenshot of a recon that was submitted, approved and certified in December. However, On Jan 21, 2024 user did an entry that changed the balance by .01. We are asking that if this happens then it just stays certified. How to resolve this kind on scenarios.
