Configure BPM rule to route Project Status Change approval to a user selected in Project Header DFF

Hi All,

I need to help to create a BPM Worklist rule for the ProjectStatusNotificationApproval task. The Project Status change approval should route to the person selected from a LOV in the Project Header and after the status is changed from "Draft" to "Submitted"

I have already configured the Project Header DFF and need help with the configuration of the rule. I currently have the following rule which is failing.
