Fixed Asset less than 5000 should be expense out in the system. How to handle in oracle fusion FA.
Summary:
To describe more about this scenario below is the scenario.
1.In AP module once the Invoice is booked with Clearing Account then accounting will be.
Asset Clearing a/c.............Dr 3500 This is Asset Account
To Liability a/c 3500 This is Liability Account
2. Pay the Invoice then Accounting will be
Liability a/c...................Dr 3500
To Bank 3500
3. Once the mass addition has been run in the system then asset will flown to Fixed Asset module with Asset Type as Expense.
Because we have done the threshold setup for Rs.5000 so less then Threshold amount the Asset Type will automatically show as Expense.
