Ability to edit measure data in secondary UOM? How to bring UOM conversion in a measure?

Business has different UOM for different product. For uniformity, business has defined a UOM: Standard.

They want to review and edit quantities in Standard UOM. However, data is maintained in primary UOM of respective item.
We can use format measure option to review quantity in secondary UOM: Standard.

However, we cannot edit the number in secondary UOM.

As workaround, we want to bring UOM conversion in a measure.
We will enable calculation within measure to see value in secondary UOM: Standard.

We need your inputs on how can we enable to edit measure data in secondary UOM or how can we pull UOM conversion in a measure.
