Oracle Standard report ""Generate SAF-T Data Extract"

We find the column Account ID populated for certain customers and not for certain customers. (Reference screenshot : ACCOUNTID.png)

Request your guidance on this column "Account ID" details , where in customers we can find this value in front end. Thanks.
