As far as I know to have the raw cost rate recalculated for all costs after 12/31/2023 to the new rate starting 1/1/24, you will need to perform a costing adjustment. To do this, I use the costing action "Recalculate Raw Cost Amount" on the project costs that should be affected. However I was wondering if I can do the adjustment in a bulk ? I was wondering If I can do a Mass Adjustment or the only way to do it is through a REST API interface.
