Is there an automated way to produce a list of all hierarchies that exist in an EDMCS pod?

Is there an automated way to produce a list of all hierarchies that exist in an EDMCS pod? Or do we need to do this via manual checks via the front end?

We have a project that needs to know all of the different hierarchies names we have.  

It will take a while for someone to pull this information manually, but we wanted to know if there was an easier way to do this.
