Where can I enter charge account when creating a PO using Contract Fulfillment

Summary:

We are trying to create Purchase Orders from Contracts. The POs are successfully getting created however, the Status is Incomplete due to no charge account.

Is there any way to enter Charge Account on a contract so that the same would be pulled by the PO?

FYI - We are trying to charge the PO against a project
