Manager unable to edit employee's training record from my team > employee > Training > Action

Whenever line manager want to edit or change the employee's external training record from my team there is an "Action" option under every training record, manager simply go to the employee's training and then click on action and click on edit.

But now this action option remove and manager can't edit the training record.

Search and select the employee

Click on employee's training

here there is no action option available to edit training record
