Learning - Multiple Assignments - Non-Primary Manager to View Employee's Learning

Good day.

Could you kindly share your experience/expertise when you implement OLC for organization that employee have multiple assignments and employee could report to different managers? How multiple assignment hierarchy will work for learning?

One specific question we have is - for employees with multiple assignments, how can a non-primary assignment line manager view the training details of their training under My Team. (currently only the primary assignment line manager can view the employees training details.)
