How can I set the default of a date parameter to the same date in the prior year in Bi Publisher?

Due to leap year, {$SYSDATE()-365$} is no longer working correctly to set the default for a date parameter to the same date in the previous year.

I have a report that has a Start Date parameter, and the default for this parameter is defined as {$SYSDATE()-365$}. Prior to February 28, 2024, this function worked to get the same date in the prior year, but due to leap year, the date is now off by one day. For example, if I run the report on April 3, 2024, the Start Date parameter should default to April 3, 2023, but due to leap year, it is now incorrectly defaulting to April 4, 2023. Can someone please let me know if there is another function that
