Summary:

How easy is it to change the name of the "Buyer" and does it have to be a person? can it be a "Group"?

With the changes within the team rolls that are being made redundant, can you please advise how easy is it to change the name of the "Buyer".

Does it have to be a single person, or can it be a group? 

Currently we have specific Buyer on all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. We will need to change this to another person shortly.

Asking -

1/how can this mass change be made in the system?

2/ Is it possible this can be a 'group' not an individual?
