What conversion rate type requires for IC invoice that are imported in foreign currency via SCFO

edited May 22, 2024 10:55AM in Supply Chain Financial Orchestration 1 comment

Summary: Intercompany AR invoices will come from upstream in foreign currency. Subsequently, using currency conversion, we need to convert from the foreign currency to the functional currency. Then, we will account for this invoice at the SLA level. Once accounting is completed at the SLA level, journals will be posted in the GL.

We would like to determine the best business practice in the above scenario and which conversion rate type we need to use.
